The Tunis Stock Exchange on Tuesday published the breakdown of listed equity securities into compartments and listing groups for the year 2025, including Compartment S (Under Surveillance) with 13 securities.
Compartment S includes issuers that fail to comply with their financial reporting obligations and those affected by events likely to cause lasting disruption to their situation or jeopardize the smooth operation of the market.
These are TUNISAIR, ALKIMIA, Société Tunisienne des Industries de Pneumatique (STIP), Société des Industries Pharmaceutiques de Tunisie (SIPHAT), Société Moderne de Céramique (SOMOCER), ASSAD, CIMENTS DE BIZERTE, TELNET HOLDING, AETECH, SOTEMAIL, Tawasol Group Holding, Universal Auto Distributors Holding (UADH) and SANIMED.
This allocation, which will take effect on January 2, 2025, is in application of the Exchange Decision No. 1/6/2021 on compartmentalization, as amended by the Exchange Council Decision of May 2, 2023.
Compartment A includes issuers with a market capitalization of 200 million dinars or more.
Compartment B includes issuers with a market capitalization of less than 200 million dinars.
